1. Eggplants like mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 kg eggplant
1 head garlic
250-300 g dill
1.5 cups sunflower oil
8-10 tbsp. vinegar 9%
1.5-2 tbsp. salt
2.5 l water
Directions:
Put a large pot of water on the gas, add salt, pour
the vinegar, and boil.
Eggplant cut the cubes about 1.5 cm and put in the
boiling brine.
Boil the eggplants in the brine for 5 minutes, and
then drain into a colander and leave to drain about 1 hour. Cool it down.
