Soup with melted cheese and vermicelli


Ingredients:
2 pc (180 g) processed cheese
50-100 g (in a glass - 100 g) vermicelli
2 pc potatoes average
1 pc carrots average
1-2 pc onions
3 tsp (25 g) butter (or vegetable)
2 l water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Greenery to taste

Directions:

Grate the cheese on a fine grater
In a saucepan pour water and bring it to a boil. Add the cheese to the boiling water and cook, stirring, until the cheese is completely dissolved (about 7 minutes).
In the meantime, peel potatoes and onion, wash, cut into cubes. Carrots clean, wash, grating on the large grater.
Heat the frying pan and melt the butter and fry onion and carrots, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
In the pot add sliced potatoes and fried vegetables, salt, and pepper. Boil the soup over low heat until the potatoes are ready, about 15-20 minutes.
Then add to the soup vermicelli, cook for 3 minutes.
The soup is ready with melted cheese and noodles. Serve the soup, sprinkled with sliced greens.

Italian chicken soup


Ingredients:
450 g chicken fillet (sliced)
120 g vermicelli
1 glass corn canned
5 glasses broth chicken
2/3 cup cream fat
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp milk
 Salt to taste
Pepper black ground to taste

Directions:

Pour broth and cream into a large saucepan, bring to a boil, put the chicken in a saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
 Meanwhile, the vermicelli boiling in salted water until ready, according to the instructions on the package. Drain ready vermicelli.
 In a small bowl, dilute the starch in milk, put this mixture into a pot of soup, salt, pepper, add corn, boiled vermicelli and cook Italian chicken soup for 1-2 minutes.
