Grate

a saucepan pour water and bring it to a boil. Add the cheese to the boiling water
and cook, stirring, until the cheese is completely dissolved (about 7 minutes).
In
the meantime, peel potatoes and onion, wash, cut into cubes. Carrots clean,
wash, grating on the large grater.
Heat
the frying pan and melt the butter and fry onion and carrots, stirring, for
about 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
In
the pot add sliced potatoes and fried vegetables, salt, and pepper. Boil the
