Preface

Personality in man is an individual unique self-concentration of the divine spirit.
Max Scheler.

Every man is a person! And a person must develop in order to at least remain a person, and at the most - to take place in this life. We will never be fully satisfied with our lives if we remain in it as nothing, that is, those who we are made by other people, and not ourselves. Yes, we are all unique, each of us has our own destiny, which we build with our own hands, but at the same time, only a few of us want to become such a person, in whose existence, there would be a sense.
Personality development is the development of a person of himself. We should not divide ourselves into components and talk about each of them separately, speaking about the development of our personality. Personality is the totality of all human qualities - this is the whole person, and this is a story about a person.
Personality development is a fundamental component of the process of human formation. Personal development, which is closely related to physiological and psychological growth, is not completely dependent on these processes in the direction of human formation. Often, excellent personal development is combined with physical weakness and undeveloped memory.
Supplementing and replacing each other, growth and development shape a person, giving him many opportunities for physical and personal improvement. In contrast to the plants developing under a rigid program, the process of forming a person flexibly changes, allowing along with the growth of physical abilities to develop moral and spiritual qualities - resilience, spiritual depth, the logic of thinking and others.
People are born and die, they come to this world and leave it, and only a few of them leave something in this world, something for which they are respected, loved, remembered, valued, honored.
Let's friends, learn to write about yourself a story that will become the story of the Great Man!

1. Stages of personal development

Stages are of personal development - one of the most interesting and popular topics. This is due to the desire of the individual to learn something intimate about himself and to become someone else more advanced. Reading about the stages of development, we mentally determine our place in life and look at the nearby perspective. This may be an intermediate stage between clearly defined stages or a specific stage. As a rule, in systems describing the stages of development, there are three initial stages along which social people move, one transitional stage, and two or three levels of the spiritual are level.
First of all, I would like to say that there is nothing wrong with being at this or that stage. Everyone from birth is forced to go through the stages of personal development. If you jump over the stage of development, most likely, the experience will be incomplete. Then you have to catch up. It is foolish to condemn the first-grader for the fact that he does not know how to solve the problems of the university. If in your opinion, a person is stupid, it is possible that in his life there were not yet those lessons due to which he could gain wisdom. And in your life, there were no lessons that eliminate the roots of the habit - to condemn. In a developed person, soul, stage by stage, has come a long way. The current stage of development depends on past experience.
All people are different - each in own stage and the concept of the rebirth of the soul could best explain this phenomenon. It seems like the past is unknown, and therefore the result of the past in the form of the current stage of development has to be taken for granted. The acceptability of such an explanation depends on your personal worldview. We can say that a developed person was lucky - she probably had good genes and suitable living conditions for development.
It makes no sense to condemn people who are “undeveloped” relative to our level. If a person at his stage of development is weak and cannot solve a task that seems elementary to us, this means that we are more “lucky” - we have received the best upbringing and education. If a person avoids difficulties, then he is not ready for them, or he is “not lucky,” and he still does not comprehend what lesson can be given by the independent solution of problems.
There are no objectively high and low stages of development - everything is relative. And if you become attached to these ranks, there will always be a person on earth who is taller than your person on two heads, in comparison with which our stage will be low.
However, in our scale of the six stages of development of personality and consciousness, I will build on the middle levels in which most of the population of the world is involved, and all the subsequent stages (relative to most people) high levels of personal development.
A person at a certain stage of development may have missed lessons from previous stages, which at times may emerge in the form of a temporary regression. There may also be developments from advanced stages of development - local heights contributing to the evolutionary career as beacons on the way.

Development criteria

The main criterion for comparing the stages of personality development is the refinement of perception. The thinner the perception is the more subtle shades and faces capable of seeing a person in any phenomenon. The rougher the perception is the less discerning the person. What is normal for a person at the first stage of development will seem rude (depending on the situation: stupid, inappropriate, ineffective, too straightforward) for a more advanced person. And in fact, all of the following is a slightly more detailed description of how the process of perception is refined from moving from one stage of personal development to another.
The second criterion for comparing the stages of personal development is foresight or else wisdom. The wiser a person is, the more he filters the content of his own mind and the less amenable to gross impulses. Such a person knows that if you have a little patience in the present and work on yourself, the future will not make you give up on yourself. Conversely, a short-sighted person is unreasonably wasting energy and resources to satisfy himself more quickly, without worrying about the future.
The third and possibly the most interesting criterion for comparing the stages of personal development is the level tolerance. This is manifested as the permission of the “participants” of the level to dwell in their society, which lives according to certain official or unwritten laws. The thinner the perception and the higher the stage of development, the more subtle and reasonable laws a person adopts, and the stricter the adherence to these laws. If, for example, a person wants to have close contact with peace-loving and honest people, he himself must become honest and peace-loving then this level will accept him.
Stages of development can be divided into social (the first three stages), and following them - the spiritual stages of development. This boundary between the social and spiritual stages has one characteristic feature. Most people suffer when they have to do something for others, and enjoy when others try for their sake - this is typical household egoism. At the social stages of development, crystallization and development of the ego occur therefore self-affirmation is the basic need of the individual. A person lives for himself, constantly strains degrade others, becomes irritated, anxious, greedy - lives as if he constantly lacks something. Behind this line, there is a real worldview revolution, breaking the ego and the subsequent relief. A man, as Don Juan used to say, goes through life, "touching everything slightly."
